PDF forms
As PDF forms are commonly used, we have installed Acrobat Standard on the machine with the scanner in the Gradlab. (All the office staff have Acrobat Standard as well.)
With Acrobat Standard, you can save the PDF Form so you do not have to re-enter the information each time.
Brian Harbourne has an alternative method for filling out PDF forms.
